Refund-Cancellation Policy
To purchase any service, goods, or program from Mind2i, you need an internet connection and a valid payment method. Payments are facilitated through our partner payment gateways, and we do not retain any personal information required during the transaction process.
Before using their services, you must agree to the terms provided by third-party companies such as ShopSe. Mind2i is not responsible for any data loss caused by these third-party payment providers. You must agree to pay for services using the available payment options on your chosen Platform.
What does your approval mean to us?
By using our website, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to our Refund Policy.
What's the refund cancellation policy?
The refund policy becomes void under the following scenarios:
- A user is not eligible for a refund after the initial trial period of 15 days unless they contact Mind2i beforehand.
- Note: The Master Program is excluded; please refer to the Terms & Conditions specified for the Master Program.
- If the user opted for a student loan via Mind2i, and the loan is already approved (at the time of applying for a refund).
- Note:No refund or loan cancellation will be possible, and the 15-day refund policy will become void.
- If a user violates any Terms and Conditions listed on the Mind2i website and leaves the course, Mind2i will terminate their access.
- If a user shares credentials without Mind2i's approval, leading to fines or expulsion from the course.
- If Mind2i must permanently cease course access due to false or inaccurate information or illegally managed documents.
- If candidates have not submitted the required documents for application completion even after three successive notices, Mind2i will cease their LMS access.
- Enrolled in a course but have not attended 70% of the trial phase classes within the 15 days of enrollment.
In case of refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment source used at the time of purchase. For example, if payment was made via credit card, the refund will be processed to the same credit card within 5-7 working days. Proof of purchase or a receipt is required to complete your return.
If you encounter any issues with the refund process:
- Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to appear on your account.
- Contact your bank, as there may be a delay in processing refunds.
